Use Pace for anything legal and personal. Don't attack the service, don't try to access other people's data, and don't hold us liable if something breaks. Export your data regularly — it's your safety net and your right.
You're responsible for keeping your password (or sync code) private. We may remove accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
Pace is offered without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for lost data or missed goals. Back up with the export feature.
